Asparagine


Asparagine :-

Introduction:-
Asparagine is a non-essential amino acid and is closely related to aspartic acid, and can be made of this nutrient and were first isolated in 1932 from asparagus and is also widely available in plant protein, but a large amount of information is not available .

Asparagine is required for:-
It is required to balance the nervous system, and is also required for amino acid transformation from one form to another, which is reached in the liver.
Dosage:-
Dosage listed is the Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA), but be aware that this dosage is the minimum you need per day to ward off serious deficiency of this particular nutrient. In the therapeutic use of this nutrient, the dosage is usually increased considerably, but the toxicity level must be kept.

Food sources of asparagine:-
It is found in dairy, beef, poultry and eggs.
