Introduction:-
Asafoetida is a species of the family Apiaceae, the carrot, parsley, dill, celery, caraway, fennel, lovage and covers. Most similar to fennel, Asafoetida smells like rotting feet, which leaves many cooks feel nervous about using the herb.
